MAR Psychology (Mood and Anxiety Regulation) is a clinical practice specializing in evidence-based therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, mood concerns, and emotion regulation. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on practical tools and measurable change. I work with individuals navigating a range of challenges, including: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), panic attacks and panic disorder, social anxiety, depression and low mood, interpersonal difficulties, emotional dysregulation and emotional reactivity.
Hi, I’m Dr. Benitez, a licensed psychologist and founder of MAR. Psychology—Mood and Anxiety Regulation. My work centers around helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT.
